As a new blogger, I think I need some practice! I set this up, posted my first post, and haven't been back since.....

So since we've got a BABY BOY on the way, I thought I should be more diligent.

Boy oh boy is life changing!

We've got a little man on his way - due to make his debut on April 14, 2011. Time has already flown by, and I can only imagine it only flies faster from here on out.

We are leaving the house bright and early in the morning for our first appointment at the Perinatal Center. With chronic high blood pressure, the little boy and I will be monitored a little closer from here on out. No big worries, just keeping a watchful eye.

After our appointment, we'll be on our way to Fayetteville, AR for Turkey Day at my little brother's house! There are no words for how excited I am to see everyone! Thanksgiving Day will mark the half-way point in my pregnancy. Like I said -- it is a-maz-ing to me how FAST this is going!!

My First Blog Post!

Just a little shy of our first wedding anniversary, Trent and I have already experienced lots together! We were hitched on October 11, 2009 at Mount Pleasant Winery in Augusta, Missouri. Our day was perfect, I could not have asked for more.

Since then, we have been on a couple of vacations, spent a lot of time with friends and family, and made a big move to Bossier City, Louisiana. Trent is keeping plenty busy with work, and his dad has made the big move down here as well. We're all settled into our new home and are really starting to enjoy getting to know our new town.

Since we are out of town from most of our friends and family, I thought this would be a fun way to keep in touch with everyone and keep everyone up to date on the life of the Davises!
